Vi invitiamo a prendere parte al Global Survey on Wellness Tourism, prima indagine internazionale sulla importanza del wellness nella organizzazione e nella scelta delle vacanze. L’indagine è promossa dalla Tourism Initiative del Global Wellness Institute.

La Tourism Initiative è nata all’interno del Global Wellness Institute come Think Tank internazionale per un mercato in forte crescita, stimato oggi intorno ai 640 milioni di dollari.
L’indagine ha lo scopo di aumentare la consapevolezza, la comprensione e le opportunità di mercato, con attenzione ad uno stile di vita legato al benessere in senso ampio: fisico, mentale e sociale.
Il sondaggio sarà disponibile fino al 30 settembre 2019. I risultati dell’indagine saranno condivisi con i partecipanti e con tutta la comunità interessata alla GWI.

The Global Wellness Institute’s (GWI) Wellness Tourism Initiative – a global think tank dedicated to the $639 billion wellness tourism market–is excited to launch a consumer survey that will help our industry learn more about the behavior of wellness travelers and identify new trends in wellness tourism. The purpose of the GWI Initiative is to increase awareness, understanding and opportunities in one of the fastest-growing tourism segments globally.
We invite you to take the short survey, up until September 30, 2019 (italian version). Your personal information will not be captured. Answers will be aggregated by country and all data is anonymous. After the data is analyzed, the Wellness Tourism Initiative will share the results of this survey with you and the GWI community.

Who is the Global Wellness Institute? (GWI)

The Global Wellness Institute is a non-profit organization with a mission to empower wellness worldwide by educating public and private sectors about preventative health and wellness.

What is the GWI Wellness Tourism Initiative?

As part of the Global Wellness Institute, this initiative is a global think tank dedicated to wellness tourism. The purpose of the initiative is to increase awareness, understanding and the opportunities in one of the fastest growing tourism segments globally – wellness tourism.
I
n 2019, the focus is to understand the needs, motivations and behaviour of travellers who participate in wellness travel experiences globally (primary and secondary wellness travellers) and share these valuable insights with private and public sector tourism stakeholders.

Mechanics

A quantitative online survey of global wellness travellers in conjunction with local industry partners in eight priority wellness tourism markets. The survey will be released in Australia, USA, Canada, India, Singapore, Italy, Eastern Europe and Thailand. Insights will be primarily focused on customers in these markets.

Initiative Deliverables

–  A report on consumer wellness travellers’ insights per market
–  Dedicated newsletter case study per market distributed via the GWI database and members and partners channels
–  Insights will be shared at B2B trade forums globally
–  A consistent approach will be used for each market for a full global picture.

Each country is seeking partners to help distribute the survey to their local wellness travel customers. These partners can be government or non-government partners provided they have a database or social platform with past wellness travellers.
The survey will be provided as electronic survey link for partners to send out directly via their own channels/databases. The survey will be branded Global Wellness Institute and will not capture any individuals’ personal details. All answers received are combined for country data analysis and all data is anonymous.
In exchange for sending out the survey link to consumer/clients, each partner will receive:
–  A copy of the detailed key findings report for your market
–  Partner acknowledgement in the promotion of the GWI Initiatives specific market report
–  Opportunity to provide a quote for promotion and connection to the local market report’s release.
